We have long standing personal relationships with our customers. Many of our customers are repeat and/or referral customers. Many come to us through our employees, who refer their friends and family to us because they know that the customers will be very satisfied with the purchasing process. Our relationship with our customers extends beyond the sales process and into the ownership process where we provide service, parts and advice as necessary.
Location
We’re located in the well known ‘car sales area’ of Sydney on Parramatta Road. Our Inner West Service Solutions has three service department locations including an express service department. There is plenty to do around the Dealership for service customers while they wait and easy transport to and from the city and attractions with a courtesy bus service available (Up to 3km driving distance from dealership).
Our 'Beyond Expectations' service loyalty program
Free to all customers, this includes a Used Car Warranty (if applicable), a Referral Bonus for customers (a $100 Wish Gift Voucher) and lots of free vouchers for goods and services. The loyalty voucher booklet is presented to the customer at their first service. Additional vouchers can be printed from the website. This program is unique to our dealership.
We're a family business
Phil Gilbert is the face behind the business, you’re dealing with a real person, not a faceless corporation. Other family members work in the business, Phil also has many employees of long standing, some with over 20 years service with him. This is our family selling to the customers’ families; we understand what they are looking for in both the vehicles and other products that they purchase from us, and the purchasing process.
We're a multi-franchise dealer
We sell new Toyota and Hyundai vehicles. We also sell quality, late model used vehicles. Customers can comparison shop with the one Dealer. They can get honest advice about different brands and models.
We're a 'One Stop' shop
We have sales, service, parts, finance and aftermarket accessories departments. There is no need for our customers to go outside the Dealership as we can meet all their needs in the vehicle purchasing process in one place.
We are 'low-pressure' salespeople, from wide and varied backgrounds
We know that our customers are making an important and expensive decision. We provide information, assistance and support in that purchasing decision without being overbearing or pushy. We have male and female salespeople, many of whom are multilingual. We aim to make everyone feel comfortable with his or her purchase experience.

The Dealership strives to be a worthwhile member of the community and supports many worthy causes including, amongst others, the CMRI, Abbotsford Public School, Five Dock RSL, Concord RSL Bowling Club, the Children’s Oncology Unit at Westmead. Phil Gilbert has twice received a NSW Premiers Award for outstanding Community Service.
